Straight answers

How does the 24-hour clock work?

Job lands with us (email, form, or portal) by 2 p.m. your time, finished document back by 2 p.m. the next business day. Heavy-tier files can request an 8-hour rush.

What do you need from me?

Machine shops: send the job (PDF, drawing, or email) and your price list once. Restoration: photos, moisture readings or scope notes, and the carrier's format preference once.

What if I go over my tier?

Machine desk: $25 per extra RFQ. Restoration desk: $129 per extra claim. No surprise invoices, you approve the overage before we start the file.

Does the quote/estimate go out under my name?

Yes. Every document carries your letterhead, your rates, your tone. Nothing sends without your approval, you're the last click, always.

Terms and cancellation?

Self-serve tiers are month-to-month; cancel anytime before your renewal date. 12-month pricing (with onboarding waived) is set up on the intake call.
